    Yes, you can switch from 230v to 400v. However, this does not apply to models that have been supplied with 400v from the start.

  • What is the difference between a professional washing machine and a household one?
    Professional machines are more robust, reliable and built to work longer than a household machine. They are the best choice for companies where the machines run more often.
  • Do all the machines comply with disinfection requirements?
    There are three different disinfection programs to choose from: 90 °C, 60 °C and 40 °C. For the 60 °C and 40 °C programs a special detergent for correct disinfection is needed. All disinfection programs are developed to fulfill the authorities’ demands for washing clothes in the Health Care sector. Based on International Organization for Standardization’s guidelines (ISO EN15883 ) disinfectant washing is described as: 1. minimum 80 °C for at least 10 min. or 2. minimum 60 °C for 60 min. if the rinse water is not recycled. The disinfection programs are preinstalled on WMC622/74x/94x. On other ASKO Professional washing machines they can be installed on by an ASKO technician, who you can book here: ----

  • Can I connect the washing machine to an existing payment system?

  • Can I connect detergent auto dosing system?
    Yes, you can connect all ASKO Professional washing machines to an external detergent auto dosing system. They are tested with auto dosing systems from Diversy, ECO-lab and SEKO, but can also be used with other ones as well.
  • Can I connect payment system?
    Yes, you can connect 7 and 9 kg models to an external payment system. The machines are tested with payment systems from BEAS and Aptus, but can be used with other ones as well.
  • Can I purchase service packages?

  • Why does it say "Close the door" on the display?
    The indication "Close the door" on the display means that the door is not closed properly. Close the door and press "Start".
  • Why does it say "Imbalance" on the display?
    The machine stops the spin cycle if there is too much imbalance. The washing machine restarts the spin cycle and hopefully the washing is better distributed in the drum. This procedure can be repeated up to 10 times. If the machine still fails to find a good balance, the program jumps to the next step. The error message requires no action.
  • Can I connect the washing machine to hot water supply?
    Yes, all ASKO Professional washing machines can be connected to hot and cold water. It is possible to have both parts at the same time, so that you can save as much as possible on the electricity consumption.
  • Can I use all washing machines in the marine specific electric connection (60hz)?

    No, it is unfortunately not possible to reverse the door.
  • What does the error code mean?
    The appliances indicate error codes in order to give advice to the user and to simplify service. If an error has occurred during the program, an error message will appear in the display. After action, turn the machine off and on again. Explanations of error codes are included in the user manual.
  • What is the cost for making customized program?

  • What is the fastest drying time?
    The drying time depends on several reasons: what model do you have, how wet the clothes are, what kind of material it is and how big of a load did you have. We recommend that fabrics to be tumble-dried are centrifuged at min. 1000 rpm or more to remove as much as possible water during the wash process. Examples of program durations are found in the user manual.

    The heat pump dryers significantly save energy. This is especially important for business areas where the tumble dryers run constantly.
  • What can I do if the tumble dryer does not dry properly?
    There could be several reasons for this, for example if you have opened the door during drying and the moisture reading has been disturbed, if the lint filter needs to be cleaned, condensation container is full (if your model has it), if you chose the program not suitable for the fabric drying, or if the filter is blocked with lime.
  • Why does it take long time to dry the clothes?
    Drying time depends on the model of your tumble dryer, how wet the laundry is, what kind of material it is and how much is loaded into the machine. If the drying takes too long, one reason for that can be that the lint filter has not been properly cleaned. Instructions for that can be found in the chapter "Care and cleaning" in the user manual.
  • Why does tumble dryer make noise?
    There could be several reasons for this, for example if the tumble dryer has not been used over a longer period of time, so can a bouncing sound occur due to a malformation of the support wheel, which will go away a during the first cycle after this standstill. Other reason can be if you have loaded too much laundry. Noise from the outlet pump can occur if the lint that comes from the laundry has passed through in the outlet pump.
